Micro Dissertation: Area of Study

I have chosen my area of study based on this blog entry by Dave Trott:

I found this view point, coming from an interesting coming from someone within the advertising industry.  And think that developing research into this and the current nature of the advertising industry, could be very industry.  Looking at views and assumptions on advertising by critical theorists.  Starting with Judith Williamsons' Decoding Advertising.  I feel this project could have some interesting links to my project Advertising Advertising from the first year of Level 5.
